A Pennsylvania man was arrested following a traffic stop for vehicle and traffic law violations on Route 86 in Elmira. 27-year-old Cody Pedro of Rome, Pennsylvania was found to be in possession of two loaded semi-automatic handguns. Pedro was arraigned in the Town of Elmira Court and remanded to the Chemung County Jail on $100,000 cash bail.
