A Broome County Grand Jury handed up a 14-count drug indictment against Marlon Graham and Johnnah DeGraw of Deposit yesterday. WEBO reported their arrest on Tuesday. They were found in possession of a kilo of heroin, a kilo of fentanyl, and two kilos of meth. Each has been charged with 10 felony counts related to Criminal Possession with intent to sell. They were also charged with endangering the welfare of a child. A 3-month-old was found in the home. The child is now in the care of a grandmother.
