The Johnson City Police have charged three people on felony Weapons charges. 22-year-old Joseph Hahn of Walton, 22-year-old Dane Edwards of Deposit, and 33-year-old Scott Lord of Sanford were pulled over for a traffic stop, when the police officer observed a handgun on the back seat of the vehicle. The 9-millimeter handgun was loaded. The serial number was partially filed off. The three were taken to central arraignment and remanded to the Broome County Jail.
