The Owego-Apalachin School District increased security in the district on Friday, after a swastika and a threat ere found in a high school bathroom. The student believed responsible has been identified and been interviewed by law enforcement. The student was not publicly identified. The New York State Police, the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office, and the owego Police Department are conducting the investigation. Superintendent Corey Green said the threat was as serious as they come’.
