A 54-year-old Dryden man in Tompkins County was struck by a vehicle on Turkey Hill Road in Dryden Tuesday night and subsequently died of his injuries. An investigation revealed that the man was walking along the north side of the road pushing a bicycle when he was struck by a vehicle driven by a 25-year-old Ithaca woman who was also traveling north. The roadway is not lit in the area and he was wearing dark clothes. The woman who struck the male did stop immediately and is cooperating with investigators. No tickets have been issued at this time. The investigation continues.
