From the Chemung County sheriff’s blotter…deputies report the arrest of 38-year-old Devon Jenkins of Elmira. He was charged in an outstanding Family Court Arrest Warrant involving a Paternity Violation. JENKINS is currently in Chemung County Jail on other charges and will appear in Family Court at a later date.
