Tioga County deputies report the arrest of 55-year-old Julie Miller, of Newfield. She was charged with felony Driving While Intoxicate , Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and Moving from a lane unsafely. These charges resulted from a vehicle stop on McMaster St. in the Village of Owego. Miller was issued appearance tickets to appear in court March 5th.
