A Windsor man was arrested when Broome County deputies allegedly discovered his license was revoked and he had 20 or so suspensions or revocations…but his day went downhill from there. Deputies arrested Robert Doyle on those counts but then allegedly discovered he was in possession of 5.8 grams of methamphetamine. His charges now include felony criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance, pot possession and more. The arrest was made on Main Street in the Village of Windsor.
