A Binghamton man is facing a rape allegation. The Broome County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 22-year-old Nathan Copp-Costick. He has been charged with felony 3rd degree rape. According to a press release an investigation alleges he had sexual intercourse with a 16-year-old female acquaintance last month. Court action is pending.
