A teenager is in jail after Binghamton police said he and another man tried to rob a cab driver earlier this week. 17-year-old Jaydon Howe has been charged with 1st degree attempted armed robbery. Police said Howe and a second suspect allegedly tried to get cash from the driver and then pistol whipped him. The driver sustained injuries. The seconf suspect remains on the run.
