A traffic alert from Johnson City Public Works… today from 6 a.m. until noon Arch Street between Main Street and Corliss Avenue will be closed to all through traffic, in order to facilitate the demolition of 99 Corliss Avenue. Local traffic will have access to Arch Street from Main Street only. Motorists are urged to seek alternative routes.
