Chemung County deputies report the arrest of 28-year-old Belitza Perez of Elmira. She was taken into custody at the Human Resource Center in Elmira and charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.. PEREZ was released on an appearance ticket to appear in the City of Elmira Court at a later date.
