A Binghamton woman faces several counts after being stopped by troopers on Watson Boulevard in Union. 38-year-old Lori Littler was arrested. She was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, having three or more license suspensions and using a vehicle without an ignition interlock. Court action is pending.
