The Broome County Department of Social Services has teamed up with the Broome County Council of Churches to help support the community. The CHOW Mobile Food Pantry will be making a stop in the DSS parking lot today. It’s happening at 11:15 on Main Street in Binghamton. The Department said it hopes to make this a regular event…noting the lack of grocery stores in the immediate vicinity has often been a concern of people who use DSS services.
