From the Broome County District Attorney…31-year-old Johnnah Degraw pleaded guilty to heroin possession, from a case in November 2018. Degraw will be sentenced to 12 years in prison and five years’ parole. According to the plea, Degraw possessed 39 ounces of heroin in the Village of Deposit. Sentencing is scheduled for March 28.
