According to scanner reports, a vehicle was traveling on Rt. 17C in Owego 1 mile East of Tioga Gardens and crashed into a residence, address is believed to be in the area of 2931 Rt. 17C in Owego. Multiple agencies have been dispatched to the scene. Campville fire is on scene and requested a full response from the Southside Fire Department and the Owego Fire Department. We will keep you up to date as more news becomes available to us.
