Steven M. Gilbert, age 30, of Newark Valley, was charged on Tuesday, November 19 at 2:27 a.m. for:
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th,
- Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 3rd,
- Unlicensed Operator,
- and Operating an Uninspected Motor Vehicle.
These charges resulted from a vehicle stop in the Town of Newark Valley, following a tip of an unlicensed driver operating a motor vehicle. Gilbert was issued appearance tickets to appear before Justice Patrick Hogan in Town of Tioga Court.
