On October 27 at approximately 2:40 p.m., New York State Police at Endwell arrested John H. Darrah II, age 35 of Endicott, NY, for the felony of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the first degree.
A trooper initiated a traffic stop after he observed a vehicle with vehicle and traffic violations while on patrol on East Main Street in the Town of Union. Darrah was operating the vehicle even though his license is revoked. An inquiry revealed that his license has been suspended 17 times.
Darrah was arrested and transported to State Police Endwell for processing. He was issued appearance tickets to the Town of Union court on November 10 and released.
