The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of a 25-year-old Towanda man for assault.
According to police, Joshua Babcock has been charged with assault in the third degree, four counts of endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of criminal mischief in the third degree.
Babcock was arraigned and released to re-appear in court at a later date.
