NYSEG is reminding customers that applications for the Home Energy Assistance Program will be accepted starting on Nov. 1.
HEAP is a federal grant program that helps eligible households pay for energy costs and weatherization.
Benefits are available through March 17, 2025 or until the funds are exhausted.
