The 66th annual Downtown Elmira Holiday Parade will be held on Friday.
The parade will feature festive floats, the Elmira marching band and other performers and a visit from Santa.
There will also be appearances from popular kids’ characters including Bluey and Bingo as well as traditional characters like Mickey and Minnie.
The Downtown Elmira Holiday Parade will begin at 10 a.m. on Friday.
