A Wyalusing man has been sentenced to more than 12 years in state prison for transporting a minor across state lines to engage in illicit sexual conduct.
According to the US Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, 45-year-old Mark Douglas Miller committed the crimes from January to March in 2020.
Miller will also face 10 years supervised release following his prison sentence.
The case was investigated by the FBI and the Pennsylvania State Police.
