The names of the victims in Monday afternoon’s fatal crash in Binghamton have been released.
According to the Binghamton Police Department, the driver of the sedan was 49-year-old Binghamton resident Safwan Aziz.
The driver of the SUV was 71-year-old Rafael Cuadra of Susquehanna, Pennsylvania.
Both drivers were pronounced dead on the scene.
According to police, speed was determined to be a factor in the fatal accident.
