The Chemung County Fair is underway in Horseheads.
The 183rd annual fair runs until Saturday at the Chemung County Fairgrounds, located at 170 Fairview Road in Horseheads.
There will be classic midway rides and games, vendors, great food and live music.
As part of the event, the finals of the Battle of the Bands will be held on Thursday.
So Much Hope Buried, Metaturnal, Still Kickin and Rocky Burning will compete in the 2025 Battle of the Bands finals. Gates open at 6 with the show starting at 7.
Tickets are $15 and can be purchased online through e-tix or at the gate.
