Endicott man charged with making racially motivated threats against federal employees

An Endicott man is behind bars after he allegedly made racially motivated threats against federal employees.

According to the New York State Police, 50-year-old Edward J. Connors was charged with making terroristic threats as a hate crime.

Connors allegedly made multiple threatening social media posts on X (Twitter) targeting current and former federal employees who are African American.

The FBI and New York State Intelligence Center assisted the state police in the investigation.

Connors was remanded to the Broome County Jail.
