An Elmira man is facing felony charges following a New York State Police investigation into multiple home improvement fraud complaints.
According to police, 28-year-old Bradley S. Baldwin has been charged with felony grand larceny in the third degree, scheme to defraud in the first degree and grand larceny in the fourth degree.
Baldwin is accused of accepting several thousand dollars from Chemung County residents for contracting projects that he never completed.
Baldwin was arraigned in the Town of Veteran Court and remanded to the Chemung County Jail.
The investigation is ongoing.
