A man was killed following a tractor accident on Friday in Schuyler County.
According to the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office, the accident occurred at around 6:40 p.m. on Friday on State Route 227 in Burdett.
An investigation revealed that the driver of the tractor was towing a trailer that was overweight when he lost control rounding a curve and the tractor rolled over. The driver was ejected from the tractor.
The victim was airlifted to the Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre where he later died from his injuries.
The identity of the victim has not been released.
