A well-known Italian restaurant will be opening a second location in Vestal.
Picollo’s Pizzeria by Frank is currently under construction on the Vestal Parkway. The new pizza place will be going into a former Subway location.
Owner Frank Lo Picollo operated Frank’s Italian Restaurant in Maine.
The new pizza place is expected to be open later this winter.
