A former foster parent in Delaware County has pleaded guilty to sexual abuse.
According to the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office, 69-year-old Sidney Wallace of Roxbury pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual abuse last week.
The two separate incidents involved children under the age of 14.
Wallace will be sentenced on Nov. 18.
