The annual Lights on the River will take place this weekend in downtown Owego.
The event runs from 5 to 9 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 5 and will feature local shopping, food trucks, vendors, live entertainment and fireworks.
There is still time to sign up for the Parade of Lights, where you can decorate your ATV, UTV or Jeep with Christmas Lights and parade through the village.
The registration fee is $10. Lineup starts at 6:30 with the parade kicking off at 7.
