Over 500 people stopped by the Owego Moose Lodge on Monday to support a local firefighter who was recently injured in a work accident.
A spaghetti dinner benefit was held for Newark Valley firefighter Jared Martin, who is recovering in the ICU in a Rochester hospital.
Over 350 dinners were served at Monday night’s benefit, which also included raffles and a 50-50 drawing.
