The City of Elmira is asking residents to remove their vehicles from the roadways prior to this weekend’s expected Winter storm.
The city is looking for cars to be off the streets by Saturday afternoon.
The Centretown Parking Garage will be open for parking from noon on Saturday through Tuesday at 7 am. During that time, parking will be free.
