A pair of Elmira residents were recently arrested as fugitives from justice out of Pennsylvania.
According to the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office, 40-year-old Brian D. Grover and 37-year-old Stephanie L. Grover were apprehended on Tuesday morning.
The suspects had active warrants for retail theft out of Tioga County, Pennsylvania.
They were arrested and remanded to the Chemung County Jail pending extradition to Pennsylvania.
