All New York State Department of Motor Vehicle locations will be closed for a few days later this month.
The DMV locations in Binghamton, Endicott, Elmira and Owego will be closed between Friday, Feb. 13 and Tuesday, Feb. 17 as New York State upgrades its systems.
This is the initial phase of a multi-year project to replace and modernize older technology systems.
Most locations should be back open by Wednesday, Feb. 18. The Owego office will reopen on Thursday, Feb. 19.
