A Bainbridge man has been indicted in Delaware County following a January incident.
The Delaware County District Attorney’s Office says William Weil the Third faces a four-count indictment, including aggravated driving while intoxicated, two counts of driving while intoxicated, and endangering the welfare of a child after operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a child inside.
Prosecutors allege Weil was operating a vehicle while intoxicated on January 22nd with a child inside the vehicle. Authorities say his blood alcohol level was .08 percent or higher and that he had a prior DWI conviction within the past 10 years.
The charges also include endangering the welfare of a child related to the incident.
