New York Gov. Kathy Hochul made a stop in Broome County last week.
Hochul spoke at an event in Johnson City to promote her 2027 budget, which includes a $20 million dollar childcare grant for Broome County and other plans she says will make life more affordable for New Yorkers.
The budget deadline was on March 31, but has been pushed back to this Tuesday.
