The countdown is on for the Tioga County Fair in Owego.
Opening day will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 11th at the Tioga County Fairgrounds in Marvin Park. There is no cost on the first day of the fair.
A parade will be held at 11 a.m. with a touch-a-truck from noon to 3 p.m., an open dairy show from 3 to 6 p.m. and square dancing from 6 to 8 p.m.
The 2026 Tioga County Fair will run from Tuesday, Aug. 11 through Saturday, Aug. 15th.
There will be fan favorite events including a demolition derby, a rodeo, tractor pulls and much more.
Visitors can also enjoy rides, games and tons of great food.
