The New York State Police has identified the victim in last week’s fatal car vs. motorcycle crash in Owego.
According to police, 39-year-old Vestal resident Warren O. Loza was killed in the crash on State Route 434 at around 4 am on Wednesday, June 3.
Police said an SUV traveling on Forest Hill Road pulled out into the intersection of State Route 434 into the path of an oncoming motorcycle.
The person operating the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the SUV was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
