A new cannabis dispensary could be coming to Waverly.
According to the Morning Times, the plans for Puff Plaza on Cayuta Ave. has been recommended for approval by the Tioga County Planning Board.
If it receives final approval, the business would only be a dispensary. It would not involve any cultivation, processing or manufacturing on-site. There would also be no on-site consumption allowed.
The business will reportedly be open seven days a week from 9 am to 9 pm. It will offer delivery from its location across from Soprano’s on Cayuta Ave.
The site plan still needs to be approved by the Village of Waverly Planning Board.
