The Mansfield community is mourning the loss of its police chief.
According to a Facebook post from Mansfield Borough, Police Chief Zach Stager passed away on Monday.
Stager is being remembered as a dedicated law enforcement officer as well as a loving son, devoted and doting father, a trusted friend and a pillar of the Mansfield community.
No further information has been released.
