A new restaurant has opened its doors on Broad Street in Waverly.
The 1854 Bistro celebrated its opening with a Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting on Wednesday afternoon.
The 1854 Bistro is opening Wednesday to Saturday from 4 to 9 and Sunday from 10 to 2.
