The Arnot Mall is being sold to an investment group.
Arnot Realty has agreed to sell the mall to Kohan Retail Investment Group for an undisclosed amount.
The new ownership group is based in Great Neck, New York and owns more than 30 retail mall properties.
According to property records, the 1-million square foot mall and surrounding land was previously assessed at $7.3 million dollars.
The Arnot Mall was built and opened in 1967.
