The reopening of three bridges in Broome County has been delayed.
The bridges on County Route 20 in Kirkwood were scheduled to open on Tuesday, Sept. 1, but that date has been pushed back to Wednesday, Sept. 9.
Broome County Department of Public Works officials said the materials needed to complete the project have been delayed.
The project includes the County Route 20 bridges over the Susquehanna River and Norfolk Southern Railroad, the NYS&W Railroad and Main Street in Kirkwood.
