The Bradford County District Attorney’s Office has released its latest roundup of sentences imposed in county court, covering cases involving assault, theft, resisting arrest, drug offenses, impaired driving and felony trespass.
Austin King of Sayre received nine months of probation after pleading to felony interception of communications. Robert Shaul of Athens received 30 months of probation and a 12-month driver’s-license suspension after pleading to fleeing police and reckless driving.
Rafael Galo Hernandez was sentenced to 20 to 84 months in state prison and ordered to pay a $2,500 fine for a felony third driving-under-the-influence offense. Tyler Wiles received 243 days to 24 months in state prison and a $500 fine for felony trespass.
Several other cases involved impaired driving. Paul Davis of Towanda received a sentence ranging from 72 hours to two years, followed by three years of probation, and a $2,000 fine in a marijuana-related DUI case in which a minor was present. Lora Thetga of Towanda received a sentence including four months plus 60 days to 24 months, followed by 36 months of probation, and a $2,000 fine in a methamphetamine- and marijuana-related DUI case.
The District Attorney’s list also includes sentences for Jeff Stahl in an assault and theft case; Laura Dinelli for assault; Tyler Thomas for resisting arrest and drug offenses; Chad Woodward for DUI; Michael Richey of Spencer, New York, in a marijuana-related DUI case; and John Walter of Wyalusing in a methamphetamine-related DUI case.
