A Sayre man has been sentenced to state prison after a methamphetamine case in Bradford County.
The Bradford County District Attorney’s Office said 34-year-old Dylan Parrish received a sentence of six to 36 months in state prison for felony possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. Prosecutors said the case involved two grams of methamphetamine.
The District Attorney’s Office cited Parrish’s prior criminal history in its sentencing information. The office said that record includes assault, driving under the influence, fleeing police and theft. The sentence was imposed in Bradford County court.
A minimum-to-maximum state-prison sentence establishes the earliest point at which a person may become eligible for release and the longest term that may be served, subject to Pennsylvania law and decisions by correctional and parole authorities.
