Last week, the Endicott Police arrested Tyler Delario-Mancini, 19, of Endicott, for felony Grand Larceny and one felony count of Forgery.
Delario-Mancini is accused of finding an ATM credit/debit card in the ATM at 911 North Street and then using the card to make purchases at Wal-Mart in Vestal.
Delario-Mancini was arraigned in the Village of Endicott court and released on his own recognizance.
