JC Police Place Donated SUV into K-9 Service

The Johnson City Police Department has placed a new SUV in service. Funds for the vehicle were provided by a $15,000 donation from the Johnson City Walmart and from an anonymous source. The vehicle has been outfitted for K-9 service.

Kimani Meadows Found Guilty of Murder

Jurors in Elmira have found Kimani Meadows guilty in the murder of Robyn Roper in 2016. Meadows was also found guilty on three weapons charges. Meadows is currently serving 20 years in prison on an unrelated charge.
