Southside Drive Project Rejected by Village Board

A proposed Southside Drive housing project in Owego has been rejected by the Village Board. The plan would have brought 20 duplex housing units to the property. A zoning change was required for the project to proceed. It was killed by a 6-1 vote.

Broome/Tioga Health Departments Receive $1.25 Million Grant
