Broome County Executive Jason Garnar, will deliver the 2019 State of the County address tomorrow afternoon at 5:30. The event will be held the Ansco Lofts in Binghamton. The revitalization of the historic Ansco Camera Factory will create a mixed-use development with 100 market-rate lofts and 35,000 square feet of commercial space. The property was formerly owned by Broome County and was sold to Freewheelin Ansco last June.
