Owego Woman Injured by Kerosene Fire

An Owego woman was seriously burned after a cooking incident at 112 Spencer Street on Friday night. The woman reportedly poured kerosene over an outdoor fire. The woman was flown to the burn unit at Upstate Medical in Syracuse.
